The advantages and operation of the clean-agent extinguishing system

As an integrator and installer of ANSUL NOVEC 1230 extinguishing systems, we propose the SAPPHIRE fire protection system. Effective by total immersion for Class A, B, C fires.

The NOVEC is not electrically conductive due to its high dielectric strength. It leaves no residue on the equipment after broadcast. The agent is liquid at room temperature. The fluid being in the liquid phase as it passes through the piping network and vaporizes at the nozzle outlets. It unfolds in less than 10 seconds. The release slightly lowers the temperature of the room without creating heat shock.

The NOVEC 1230 acts on the heat factor of the fire tetrahedron. In addition, it has a low level of undesirable NOAEL effect, derived from the acronym “No Observable Adverse Effect Level” cardiac sensitization and toxicity, thus 10% allowing to safely preserve the personnel in the rooms where the fire was triggered. It has a margin of safety ranging from 67% to 150% depending on the calculation of the concentration of the design.

This concept meets NFPA 2001 standards.

This fire protection system is 100% green therefore respects the environment.

Integrating with your existing fire protection system, this system becomes the ideal solution reducing risks and potential impacts of a disaster.

Extinction by the effect of inhibitions is the blocking of the chemical reaction of combustion.

Inergen

The advantages and system function:

As an integrator and installer of ANSUL INERGEN extinguishing systems, we propose this effective fire protection system by total immersion for class A, B, C fires.

ANSUL lNERGEN (IG 541) is an inert gas composed of 52% nitrogen, 40% argon and 8% CO2. It is usually stored in 80 liter bottles at 200 bars. It’s used in some fire-fighting systems and unlike powder or water systems, it does not damage fragile equipment (computer hardware, electronics, etc.). Furthermore, it’s non-toxic for humans and for the environment.

This concept meets NFPA 2001 standards.

This system is 100% green so respects the environment.

Integrating with your existing fire protection system, this system becomes the ideal solution reducing risks and potential impacts of a disaster.

Extinguishing by suffocation thus reducing the oxygen air content necessary for combustion.
